We have been a Registered Letting Agency since July 2018, LARN1806007, following all statute requirements of the “Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016”.
We are registered with the Scottish Association of Landlords, who have a wealth of knowledge on all legislative matters which we can access at any time. We have also been members of Landlord Accreditation Scotland, and still use them for any additional training courses we require for our staff and business.
Letting Agent Registration Number: LARN1806007. This is a mandatory requirement for all letting agency work in Scotland.
