Our properties

Our properties are Aberdeen based, within a 10 mile radius of the city centre. We specialise in one, two and three bedroom properties which offer:

• Rental from as little as £300.00 per calendar month, where you receive value for money in clean and tidy properties which meet your needs
• No fees are applied to tenants

Rent and terms

• All leases are Private Residential Tenancies, with immediate or by arrangement entry
• A minimum of one month’s deposit and rent, with appropriate references, secures your rental property
• All appointments are accompanied and, where applicable, transport is provided

• All maintenance issues are always carried out in the most efficient and effective manner, where customer satisfaction is always top priority
• A small dedicated staff team provides a high level of service with a personal touch

Registered and accredited

• Letting Agent Registration Number LARN1806007 (a mandatory requirement for all letting agency work in Scotland)
• GAA was a member of Landlord Accreditation Scotland from 2012 to 2020 and has in place all best practice procedures, with additional training still undertaken where required
• Active members of the Scottish Association of Landlords since 2017, which provides a hub of all legislative requirements, with advice available all the time
